Subramaniam Seshadri
Subramaniam Seshadri or more commonly known among his peer group as Subbu, is a veteran in the education and training industry. With close to three decades of experience in leading large teams, his clientele include NIIT, Sun Microsystems, NIS Sparta and large telecom providers and BPO businesses.
At Mentor, Subbu spearheads Learning & Developmen (L&D) and leadership development.
He lives in Chennai along with his wife, Chitra, and son Siddharth, who will soon graduate to become an engineer.
He is a voracious reader with a special interest in Biographies and a connoisseur of Carnatic Music. His mantra- “Trainers become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others”
