Swamy is an ICF credentialed Coach, Consultant and Enabler for Talent Development. His experience includes key leadership roles in managing Learning & Development function, Captive center and Large scale IT Services Delivery at global IT organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

As Chief Operating Officer, Swamy leads the business operations at Mentor Learning Services, ensuring effective functioning of all the business horizontals\/functions, to deliver measurable business results for customers, by engineering learners\u2019 behaviour.<\/p>\n

Swamy has over two decades of leadership experience in IT services industry, including Hosted Captive setup & growth for Healthcare product development; ODC program management in Retail & Healthcare domains; Talent Development portfolio management covering Leadership, Coaching, \u2018Learning Platform, Analytics & Content\u2019 and Skills development.<\/p>\n

As Global Operating Leader of Hosted Captive for a Fortune 500 Healthcare client, he envisioned, built, scaled & managed a unique Captive for products design & development , with $26 mn revenue & 500+ team.
\nSwamy has also led the Talent Development portfolio with 30+ team and $3 mn budget
\n\u2022 Envisioned Leadership development strategy, implemented aligning with HR talent review process
\n\u2022 Led Dream (vision), Define (roadmap) & Design (structure) of content strategy to deliver a best-in-class, seamless multi-channel learning experience, empowering associates for on-demand learning & knowledge sharing, through self-service & learning cohorts
\n\u2022 Led the \u2018Learning Platform, Analytics & Content\u2019 design & development & technology skills training teams<\/p>\n

During his career spanning three decades, Swamy has demonstrated capability and success in Leadership Development strategy & implementation, Content strategy & roadmap for seamless multi-channel learning experience, Learning portal design & development program management, Experiential Learning program design and facilitation, Psychometrics, Coaching, Conflict management, Mentoring, Creativity & Innovation, Hosted Captive setup & growth for product lifecycle management, large-scale Offshore Delivery Center portfolio management, Client relationship management and BU level CSR implementation.<\/p>\n

Swamy also played stretch roles as a BU-level Outreach CSR council Head, Founding member of Junior Achievement CSR program and Founding member of ICF Chennai chapter. His interest & pursuits include writing, photography and spirituality.<\/p>\n
