Personal Leadership Profile

In the Hersey & Blanchard Situational Leadership Model the four typical leadership styles – Telling, Coaching, Selling & Delegating – are described.

This tool provides you a clear idea of which of these are your preferred styles, how flexible you are in using the four and most importantly how effective are you in diagnosing the right style for the situation. There is actionable feedback on all the three aspects.
